From CBS News:

One person is reported dead after a helicopter crashed onto the roof of a 54-story building Monday afternoon in Midtown Manhattan, New York City police and fire officials said. The crash sparked a two-alarm fire at the building, located at 787 7th Avenue, between 51st and 52nd Streets, not far from Times Square.

A New York City Police Department source told CBS News that the helicopter crash-landed on the roof but did not go into the building. The weather was foggy and rainy at the time. The helicopter took off at around 1:32 p.m. from the 34th St. heliport and crashed 11 minutes later, according to Police Commissioner James P. O'Neill. It's unclear where it was headed.

Well, he's not the first one to do it. This story is actually an update from a YouTube video posted in 2017, (see above) where the Pope first mentioned his intention to edit the Lord's Prayer. He finally did it.

Story from World Net Daily:

Lead us not into temptation of changing the words in the Bible.

Pope Francis has officially approved changes to some of the most famous verses in Holy Scripture, including the Lord’s Prayer, in a revised third edition of the Italian Missal. The well-known “Our Father” prayer has a line stating, “And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.” (Matthew 6:13 King James Version)

The pontiff has swapped the “lead us not into temptation” portion to “do not let us fall into temptation.”  Officials say the change was made because the original rendering implies God induces temptation among His people.  “I am the one who falls; it’s not Him pushing me into temptation to then see how I have fallen,” Francis told broadcasters about the change. “A father doesn’t do that, a father helps you to get up immediately. It’s Satan who leads us into temptation, that’s his department.”

From Barbados Today:

Convicted attorney Vonda Minerva Pile today stood in the dock of the No. 5 Supreme Court with no visible emotion as she was sent to HMP Dodds until July 16. Some of her colleagues at the Bar, however could be seen wiping tears from their eyes as Pile continued to maintain her innocence.

The remand order was handed down despite two submissions for Pile to remain on bail and moments after she was found guilty on a majority verdict of stealing US$96,008.22 (BDS$191,416. 39) from former client Anstey King.

“. . . At no time have I ever or at anytime been guilty of dishonesty or theft,” the 27-year practicing attorney maintained.
